1. Booking and Payments
1.1. All bookings made with Rihaa Escapes are subject to availability and confirmation.
1.2. A deposit or full payment may be required at the time of booking, depending on the selected travel package or service.
1.3. Prices are subject to change without prior notice due to factors such as currency fluctuations, supplier price revisions, fuel surcharges, taxes, or other unforeseen circumstances.
1.4. The balance payment must be completed within the deadline specified at the time of booking. Failure to do so may result in cancellation of the booking without any guarantee of a refund.
2. Cancellations and Refunds
2.1. Cancellation and refund policies vary depending on the tour package, hotel, transport provider, or third-party service involved. Specific cancellation terms will be communicated at the time of booking.
2.2. All cancellation requests must be submitted in writing via email to info@rihaaescapes.com.
2.3. Refunds, if applicable, will be processed according to the policies of the respective service providers. Processing fees or service charges may apply.
2.4. No refunds will be provided for unused services, missed tours, or early departures once the trip has commenced.
3. Travel Documents and Requirements
3.1. It is the traveler’s sole responsibility to ensure that they possess valid passports, visas, permits, health certificates, and any other documents required for travel.
3.2. Rihaa Escapes shall not be held responsible for any loss, delay, or expense incurred due to incomplete, invalid, or missing travel documents.
3.3. Travelers must comply with all local laws, customs regulations, health advisories, and safety guidelines of the destination.
4. Changes and Amendments
4.1. Rihaa Escapes reserves the right to modify itineraries, accommodation, transport, or other arrangements due to operational requirements or unforeseen circumstances.
4.2. In such cases, reasonable efforts will be made to provide suitable alternatives of similar value and standard.
4.3. Any changes requested by the traveler after booking confirmation may incur additional charges, which shall be borne by the traveler.
5. Liability and Responsibility
5.1. Rihaa Escapes acts solely as an intermediary between travelers and third-party service providers such as hotels, transport operators, airlines, and activity providers.
5.2. We are not liable for any injury, loss, damage, accident, delay, or inconvenience caused by acts or omissions of third-party suppliers.
5.3. Travelers are responsible for their own safety, personal belongings, behavior, and compliance with local laws throughout the trip.
5.4. Travel insurance is strongly recommended to cover medical emergencies, trip cancellations, loss of baggage, and other unforeseen events.
6. Force Majeure
6.1. Rihaa Escapes shall not be held liable for any failure or delay in performance caused by events beyond our reasonable control, including but not limited to natural disasters, weather conditions, pandemics, strikes, political unrest, government restrictions, or acts of God.
